I can’t see what I’m looking for on the website, what should I do? 
If you can’t see what you’re looking for, please drop us an email on mrsbellesboutique@yahoo.com & we would love to help you find what you’re looking for.  We love working on bespoke designs.

Something is showing as out of stock, when will I be able to order? 
It really does depend when I’m expecting the delivery from the supplier. Sometimes this can be 2 days, or 2 weeks!  We are more than happy to keep you up to date, just drop us a message.

When will my order be ready? 

Handmade orders are made to order, so can take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.  It really does depend on how many orders are in the order book.

Other orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being received.  If you need an order urgently please email us on mrsbellesboutique@yahoo.com before you place your order & we will do our best to accommodate.

Can orders be collected? 
If you are local to me then orders can be collected, at a mutually convenient time.  Please drop us a message to discuss.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?   
Sometimes parcels go missing & there’s absolutely no explanation at all!  Please email us on mrsbellesboutique@yahoo.com along with your order number.  We will be more than happy to help!

What happens if I want to return something? 
We know you will love your goodies, however, should there be a problem then please do get in contact.  personalised, handmade items cannot be returned or refunded..... unless there is a fault with the item.
Please email us on mrsbellesboutique@yahoo.com in the first instance to discuss if an item can be returned.  If agreed, then all items MUST be returned in an unused condition & in the same condition, exactly as they arrived to you. 
Please note you will need to cover all return costs. A refund will be issued once the return has been received.
